KELPSI is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. KELPSI is a launch-stage digital venture. The website does not represent KELPSI as an incorporated entity or publish a registered address while formal registration details remain unavailable.
Information we collect
The partnership form asks for your name, work email, organization, role, area of interest and a message. Technical security records may include an IP address, request time and delivery status. When enabled, Plausible Analytics provides aggregate, non-advertising website statistics.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to assess fit, respond to your request, protect the service from abuse and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information or use the form to enroll you in automated marketing.
Service providers and transfers
The website may use Vercel for hosting, Resend for enquiry delivery, Sanity for approved public content, Upstash for production rate limiting and Plausible for privacy-focused analytics. Depending on configuration, these providers may process data outside your country under their contractual safeguards.
Retention
Unsuccessful and security-limited requests are retained only in short-lived operational logs. Partnership enquiries are reviewed every 12 months and deleted when they are no longer needed for an active or reasonably anticipated relationship, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent for future contact. Applicable rights depend on your location. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
Security and changes
We use data minimization, encrypted transport, access controls and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date.
